Carry out a free valuation to assess the rental income of your properties
Arrange for any works to be completed from structural to decoration (e.g. windows, central heating, fitting of kitchens, bathrooms etc)
Source white goods and furniture if applicable
Certify both with the latest Electrical and Gas regulations with fully qualified engineers
Arrange for an EPC if applicable
Cleaning or removal of items if applicable
The sourcing of a fully referenced tenant with a minimum of 6 months tenancy contract
