Find a property you like and view it!
Once you've found your perfect property you need to submit an application. This reqiuires I.D. and the completion of a form which is then submitted to a reference company. The reference company then carries out the required checks to make sure the property is suitable and affordable for yourself(s).
Prior to moving in you will one months rent and one months rent for the D.P.S. (see above tab).
Once you passed the application we are able to arrange a date for you to move in. Remember your are responsible for all utility bills and council tax once the tenancy begins.
